●講座內容:
從2008年金融危機開始，美聯儲改變了貨幣體系管理機製，從之前的scarce reserve (稀缺準備金)轉入了abundant reserve（充足準備金）系統，經過了2009年和2020年開始的兩輪Quantitative Easing (QE) 和隨後的Taper和Quantitative Tightening (QT)，貨幣管理結構不斷完善，理論認知不斷提高，在兩次危機中直接提供了對金融體系的支持。這種美聯儲的新貨幣結構，更在2020年危機之後，促進了美國經濟復蘇💫，對美國重新確立在全球經濟體系的中心地位起到了巨大推動作用⛷。
這次講座從下面三點論述🫢：
1🧑🏼✈️、2008-2019🛒，第一輪QE，Taper🏊🏼♂️，QT對應的貨幣管理結構變化和產生的全球經濟和金融市場影響🍰；
2🏃🏻、2020-2024，第二輪貨幣體系變化和其對美國經濟和金融市場優勢的長期利好影響；
3、美國的貨幣結構、財政政策和產業與貿易政策組合重新確立了美國在全球體系的中心地位，並在與中國的競爭中確立了明確的優勢，同時也有一些潛在隱患。演講者將結合自己在美國和中國的實際投資經驗，從貨幣經濟學🍕、宏觀經濟學和金融理論的角度全面論證美國貨幣結構和宏觀經濟結構的變化⛹🏽♀️。
主講人、主持人簡介
Shengbei Guo 郭勝北
Mr Guo is founder and CEO of GSB Podium Advisors. He served as Deputy General Manager of Tianfeng Securities from 2019 to 2022. He was the Deputy General Manager of Huajing Securities from 2017 to 2019. He worked at CITIC Securities in Beijing from 2015 to 2017, serving as the head of Alternative Investment Group and the head of Stock Investment Group. Prior to working in China, Mr Guo worked in the financial industry in New York for over 2 decades. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1992 and started his Wall Street investment career. He later joined Deutsche Bank as Managing Director responsible for proprietary trading. Later he set up GSB Podium Advisors in New York and served as CEO. Mr Guo graduated from Peking University with BS degree in Computer Science. He received his MS degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and his MBA degree from Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
Yi Tang 湯漪
Dr. Yi Tang is Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and a group head at Goldman Sachs. He is a former Co-Chair of PKUAAGNY. Dr. Tang received his PhD from UCLA and his BA in Physics from Peking University.
